Product description

These gold sanding discs made from top quality fused alumina grain, adopting high-strength resin bonding, delivering fast and long lasting sanding.

Aiyard aluminum oxide gold sanding discs additive in the resin to resist loading, anti-static, effectively reduce the dust blocking, outstanding in durability.

Adopting high-density flocking backing and velcro design, for quicker and easier sandpaper installation and removal, while maintaining good adhesion.

Advice on Grit Selection

- Sandpaper with different grit sizes has different grinding effects, and it is necessary to choose the appropriate grit size according to the needs.

- Product Type: 5-inch 8-hole sanding discs (hook-and-loop design)

- Grit Size:

  • 60 Grit/80 Grit/100 Grit: coarse grit, suitable for removing burrs, rust, scars and protrusions, removing primer, old coatings, and paint films
  • 120 Grit/150 Grit/180 Grit: medium grit, suitable for moderate grinding, removing scratches and abrasions
  • 220 Grit/320 Grit/400 Grit: fine grit, ideal for finishing and smoothing surfaces
  • 600 Grit/800 Grit: extra fine grit, ideal for extra-fine polishing, obtain very smooth surfaces
